To complete any purchase on our website, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding to checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms listed here. If you do not agree, you will not be able to finalize your order.

All customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase firearms and ammunition from our online store. Proof of age and identity is required, and all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms sales and transfers apply. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that does not meet these legal requirements.

TACTICAL RIFLES AND AMMO LLC is a licensed FFL dealer. All firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid FFL holder for completion of the transfer process. Customers are responsible for ensuring the receiving dealer’s information is provided accurately at checkout.

Custom rifle builds and special orders are subject to additional terms, including non-refundable deposits, lead times, and specifications agreed upon at the time of order. Any changes to custom orders must be requested promptly and may incur additional charges.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct pricing or availability and either offer an alternative or cancel your order with a full refund.

All sales of firearms, ammunition, and custom builds are final. Returns are only accepted for defective products as determined by our team, and must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed defective.

By using our site, you agree not to misuse our products or services and to comply with all applicable laws. Any violation of these terms may result in suspension of account access and/or cancellation of orders.
